Turkey and Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients:
3 tbsplight mayonnaise45 mL
1 tbspSchneiders Oktoberfest Mustard15 mL
1/4 cupchopped chives50 mL
4 asparagus spears4
2 pieces roasted red peppers2
4 slices125 g Fat Free Smoked Turkey Breast4 slices
1 large tortilla1


Directions
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and chives. Microwave asparagus with 2 tbsp (30 ml) water, covered, on High for 1 minute or until tender; rinse under cold water to cool. Spread tortilla with mayonnaise mixture. Lay asparagus and roasted red peppers at one end. Roll up. Cut into 2-inch pieces. Serve immediately.
