Greek Crusted Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
4 Schneiders Boneless Chicken Breasts, frozen4
1/2 cupfine dry bread crumbs125 mL
1/3 cupfinely crumbled feta cheese75 mL
1/4 cupfinely chopped mushrooms60 mL
2 green onions, diced2
1/4 cupmayonnaise60 mL
1/2 tspdried oregano2 mL


Directions
Place chicken rounded side up on greased broiler pan or rack on baking sheet. Broil 6" (15 cm) from heat 10 minutes or until browned. Turn chicken and broil 5 minutes longer. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon mixture onto each chicken breast and press down evenly; broil 3 - 5 minutes longer or until golden brown and chicken is no longer pink inside.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with lemon flavoured rice and green beans.
Tip: To save time, substitute fully-cooked Schneiders QuickServe Chicken Breasts and reduce total cooking time according to package directions.
